Accounting Administrator:

We are a growing Logistics company in the North Valley looking to add to our accounting department.  Candidate must be familiar with accounting principles, accounting software, and Microsoft Office. This could be a part time (20-30hrs per week) or full time position.   Experience in the transportation / logistics industry is preferred.

Requirements:

–       A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

–       Experience in the Transportation industry is a definite advantage.

–       A/R, A/P, and collections experience.

–       Excellent computer and typing skills, a minimum of 50 wpm.

–       Ability to multitask with an attention to detail.

–       Work with reconciliations, generate P&L, Balance Sheets, and other management reports.

Logistics Specialist, swing shift 4PM to midnight:

We are searching for a task oriented, career minded individual to join our logistics team in North Phoenix.  You will be working closely with current customers, drivers, vendors, and others to ensure on-time delivery.  This includes but is not limited to:  new order entry, load tracking, customer updates, appointment setting, driver dispatch, etc.  Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit required. The Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to take on responsibilities. Excellent computer skills are a must.  New college graduates are welcome to apply.

 Requirements:

-A minimum of 2 years’ experience in some facet of the transportation industry is preferred. -Bachelor’s degree a plus. -Ability to multi-task and help in all aspects of operations. -Ability to think outside the box, while solving daily problems creatively. -A minimum of 40 WPM -Fluent with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

-New order entries -Dispatch drivers -Customer updates and load tracking -Assist with truck and load searching -Assist selling loads through the brokerage
